Shipping & returns
At Celler Marfil we work to deliver our bottles in perfect condition.
1. Shipping zones and costs
Costs include VAT:
- Barcelona — €7.95
- Catalonia — €8.95
- Mainland Spain — €9.95
- Balearic Islands — €11.95
- European Union (European countries using the euro) — €19.95
- United Kingdom — €19.95
- Switzerland — €19.95
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
2. Free shipping
- Catalonia (Barcelona and Catalonia): free for orders over €100.
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: free for orders over €130.
- European Union: free for orders over €200.
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: free shipping does not apply.
3. Lead times
- Catalonia: 24-48 business hours.
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 2-4 business days.
- European Union: 4-8 business days.
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5-10 business days.
4. Customs (United Kingdom and Switzerland)
Shipments to the United Kingdom and Switzerland may be subject to taxes, duties or customs fees required by the authorities of the destination country. These costs are not included in the sale price or shipping costs and are entirely borne by the recipient.
5. Transport incidents
Check the package on receipt. If it arrives damaged, note it on the courier delivery note and contact us within 24 hours at xavi@cellermarfil.com with photographs.
6. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, provided products are returned sealed, unopened and in their original packaging. The cost of voluntary-withdrawal return shipping is borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days after verification.
7. Damaged or defective products
If the damage is attributable to Celler Marfil or the courier, we cover replacement or full refund.
