Shipping & returns

At Celler Marfil we work to deliver our bottles in perfect condition.

1. Delivery methods

• Pickup at the winery at Carrer Riera Coma Clara, 9, 08328 Alella (Barcelona), free of charge, by appointment.
• Home delivery by courier within the Iberian Peninsula. For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international shipments, contact us beforehand to confirm availability and cost.

2. Lead times

Indicative lead time within mainland Spain: 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.

3. Costs

Calculated by weight, number of bottles and destination. Shown in the cart before confirming.

4. Transport incidents

Check the package on receipt. If it arrives damaged, note it on the courier delivery note and contact us within 24 hours at xavi@cellermarfil.com with photographs.

5. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, provided products are returned sealed, unopened and in their original packaging. The cost of voluntary-withdrawal return shipping is borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days after verification.

6. Damaged or defective products

If the damage is attributable to Celler Marfil or the courier, we cover replacement or full refund.
