Purchase terms

These terms govern the purchase of wines and products through the Celler Marfil website, owned by THINK BIG WINERY, S.L. (Tax ID B10563732).

Sales restrictions

This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that the credit card brands or the acquiring bank consider may or could potentially damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

Sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age.

1. Legal age

Purchasing alcoholic beverages is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Sale to minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Products and availability

Products are described as accurately as possible. Availability depends on stock; if a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed.

3. Prices

Prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before confirming.

4. Payment

Payment is made online through the methods enabled at checkout, securely.

5. Confirmation

After purchase the customer receives a confirmation email.

7. Withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right of withdrawal under consumer regulations, with the limitations applicable to food products and opened beverages. Details in Shipping & returns.
